This historic farmhouse is set in a panoramic position, immersed in the oak and broom woods on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno.The warm, friendly reception of the owners Isabella and Massimo awaits you in their comfortable and elegant 18th century stone farmhouse . Here you can rediscover the authentic atmosphere of a truly simple and relaxing way of life. It is easy to find and well connected to the main regional road network. This helps make it the ideal destination for a relaxing holiday for anyone in search of health and fitness, but also for those interested in Umbrian traditions and specialities, art and the typical beauty of the famous Umbrian and Tuscan hill-top villages. Just a short car ride away guests can visit the historically famous towns of Perugia, Assisi, Spello, Montepulciano and Cortona, or simply take a trip around the delightful countryside surrounding Lake Trasimeno.



Guests can choose their accommodation from a variety of tastefully decorated rooms and apartments that have been carefully renovated using original materials and antique furniture; 6 double/triple rooms and two small apartments, both of which can sleep up to 5 people. All rooms are furnished with en-suite bathroom with either bath or shower, fans or air-conditioning and fridge-bar. What’s more, the rooms are equipped with a small cooking area with electric hobs and everything you need to prepare a relaxing tea or coffee. The main services we offer are: Swimming, Sun Patio, Mini Health Farm, Internet Wi-Fi, Barbecue Area, children Play Garden.

What’s more, we guarantee a high level of tourist assistance to our guests for the entire period of their stay. We offer guests the possibility to take part in recreational and sporting activities such as: horse riding, trekking (on horse-back or on foot), boat trips on Lake Trasimeno, guided tours of local olive oil mills and vineyards, cookery courses and pottery lessons. We also sell typical home-grown produce including organic extra virgin olive oil, jams, preserves, aromatic herbs, herbal teas, fruit, vegetables and locally produced wines and honey.
