Rooms and two small
Apartments, both of which can sleep up to 5 people. All rooms are furnished with en-suite bathroom with either bath or shower, fans or air-conditioning and fridge-bar. What’s more, the rooms are equipped with a small cooking area with electric hobs and everything you need to prepare
a relaxing tea or coffee.

services we offer are: Swimming, Sun Patio, Mini Health Farm, Internet Wi-Fi, Barbecue Area, children Play Garden.
What’s more, we guarantee a high level of tourist assistance to our guests for the entire period of their stay. We offer guests the possibility to take part in recreational and sporting activities such as: horse riding, trekking (on horse-back or on foot), boat trips on Lake Trasimeno, guided tours of local olive oil mills and vineyards, cookery courses and pottery lessons.
We also sell typical home-grown produce including organic extra virgin olive oil, jams, preserves, aromatic herbs, herbal teas, fruit, vegetables and locally produced wines and honey.
