Payments:
The Payment of the total amount, less any deposits paid, must be paid upon arrival in Accommodation in:
- Cash,
- ATM,
- Credit card Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club, JCB.


Cancellation Policy:
To cancel a reservation and obtain a refund the entire amount of the deposit, less the transfer charges, just send us to our hotel, even by e-mail address  info@leterrediisa.com or fax number +39 0757823288, a written notice at least 10 days before arrival, unless otherwise agreed with the structure.

In case of cancellation after the deadline, the hotel will keep the full amount of the deposit paid by you or charge card from herleft to secure the amount equal to 30% of stay and the roombooked will be available for nights welded with the amount of the deposit.

In the event of NO-SHOW, on the scheduled day of the reservation, we will charge your credit card which she indicatedthe amount corresponding to the reservation. The "Farm Le Terre di Isa" reserves the right to charge the full amount or part of it, even in the event of early departure, which do not allow the accommodation "Le Terre di Isa" to make available the apartment to another client.
