FROM ALL DIRECTIONS
Please, search for the road "Via dei Molini, 115 - Magione (PG)".
Once you exit to Magione, follow the directions TO LAGO TRASIMENO/CHIUSI, leading to a GAS STATION ESSO (Via dei Molini 115). DO NOT TURN ON THE RIGHT IN VIA GIOVANNI PASCOLI.
Keeping on your left side the gas station, after 200m, TURN ON THE RIGHT IN “VIA DELLA BADIOLA”, where you'll find the sign "Agriturismo Le Terre di Isa": go straight and follow the direction on your left hand until the gate with the sign "Agriturismo Le Terre di Isa". After almost 800m you'll get our main gate.
IF YOU DO NOT USE GOOGLE MAPS, NOR GPS, please look at the following direction:
From Motorway A1, exit at ORTE (from South) or VALDICHIANA / BETTOLLE (from the North); Follow the directions to PERUGIA-MAGIONE (Ss75).
ATTENTION: After the exit to Magione, go ahead and follow the direction CHIUSI CHIANCIANO - LAGO TRASIMENO ("Viale Umbria" / SS 599).
On the road "Via dei Molini" DO NOT TURN ON THE RIGHT IN VIA GIOVANNI PASCOLI, BUT GO STRAIGHT until the GAS STATION ESSO (finding it on your left hand).
At the GAS STATION ESSO (Via dei Molini 115), after 200m TURN ON THE RIGHT IN “VIA DELLA BADIOLA”, where you'll find the sign "Agriturismo Le Terre di Isa": go straight and follow the direction on your left hand until the gate with the sign "Agriturismo Le Terre di Isa".

Free cancellation up to 14 days before your arrival and 21 days before your arrival for reservation during High Season Period (Italian Bank Holidays, July, August, December), unless other information provided by the hotel. After this time the hotel will reserve the right to hold the deposit payed or will charge the due deposit to the card left as guarantee. The hotel will reserve the same right in case of NO-SHOW and even in case of early departures during the stay, which do not allow the hotel to make the accommodation available to another customer.
With the exception of the Force Majeure Event: in case the governments takes action to prevent customers from travelling and/or new hygienic measures will be provided, and/or opening and closure of business and cultural activities will be established, and/or the Guest is affected by the Force Majeure Event, the hotel will provide any possible option to modify the reservation conditions:
issuing a voucher by the property for a future stay, for the value paid by the guest or a higher amount at your discretion,
using the value paid by the guest to buy products by Le Terre di Isa (extra virgin olive oil) or other local products
setting new dates for a future stay, on availability and guest’s needs
refunding any prepayment/deposit.
As always we apply the due hygienic and safety measures to protect our guests and staff’s healthy, paying particular attention to the protection of the surrounding environment.
We are responding promptly to new government and competent bodies directives, opposing the Coronavirus emergency, in order to guarantee the most safe and sheltered stay possible, as soon as travelling will be permitted again.
Our spaces make possible the due social distance, but in order to guarantee the maximum hygienic and safety state we’re adopting extra measures as following:
rooms’ availability may be reduced;
we reduced reception and service timetable: check-in will be provided just from 4pm to 8 pm and check-out by 11am, in order to guarantee the application of hygienic and safety measures anti-Covid
Free access to the buffet breakfast service may be reduced and some rounds applied to guarantee the social distance;
some services could be reduced or not available (swimming pool and wellness area access may be guaranteed by rounds), and some supplies (frigobar, swimming pool towels);
occupied room cleaning will be provided every day; the changing of sheets and towels will be provided once every 3 day or according to guests’ needs, remembering that we need to avoid daily changing to reduce any environmental impact;
checked-out room cleaning will be made with disinfection;
a daily cleaning and disinfection will be provided for every common space;
it’s possible we require some additional documentation certifying your identity, your travel or other important information, in order to contribute to containment of Covid epidemic if necessary;
we'll apply any other measures according to the future government directives that will improve or modify the current measures;
we require to our guests to be provided with masks and gloves. We can’t guarantee any Anti-Covid medical devices selling in our structure.
